Returns

We gladly accept returns of unused products in brand new condition with original packaging within 21 days of date received.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will provide you with instructions prior to sending items back. Any item not in its original condition, is returned beyond 30 days after delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will exchange them for the same item. Contact us if you need a replacement for a defective or damaged product.

Return Shipping

If you are looking to return your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
