+ What is your turnaround time?
All Harper and Finn packages are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment.
+ What’s next after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.
Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.
+ How long should it take for my order to arrive?
- First Class takes approx. 3-7 days for delivery.
- First Class Mail DOES NOT cover lost and/or stolen goods.
- Priority Mail takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery.
- It comes with $50 insurance if your package is lost.
+ What should i do if i have not received my package in the time frame stated above?
- FIRST CLASS MAIL
If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail DOES NOT come with insurance. Harper and Finn will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.
- PRIORITY MAIL
If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
+ How do i file a claim with USPS?
To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
